skill capes ? trimmed capes ? and where to get them

hi guys. when the skillcapes came out i missed alot. i was busy at the university and couldnt login. can someone please explain me the difference between a skill cape and a trimmed one and also where to find the skill cape sellers ?

The trimmed ones are when you have more than one 99 skill, i presume that they are auto trimmed when you have more than 1 skill at 99 but if someone can confirm?

Those who buy their Cape of Accomplishment with two or more skills at a level of 99 will find that they receive a 'trimmed' version of their skillcape. Looking slightly different, these capes also boast a bonus to their wearer's Prayer level, adding +4 while the cape is worn.
