Nrzonline
Hey all, I've a serious problem! Please read this e-mail below! Is my English so extremly bad that he is not abled to understand me? :| If so, how can I explain my problem better? Please help me :P Update: Contacted Jagex (again) http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?p=3891938#3891938 Hi, That is fine. It will not make a difference on the transfer. Ed Customer Service Department Internet Payment Solutions, Inc. "PayByCash.com" *********** REPLY PARTITION *********** Dear Sir/Madam, Please accept my apologies for my bad English, which probably coused a confusion in my previous e-mail. I will try to explain again, as good as I can to describe this problem. Recently I've subscribed for the MMROPG Game RuneScape membership. The website of PayByCash told me to transfer ?11,58 for the two months of membership. Accidentally I've transfered ?11,54 - Which is ?0,04 to few. Now I've only got one month of membership instead of the two months that I subscribed for. I'd like to know how to get this solved. How can I get my second month active too? By sending the remaining ?0,04? Or is there an other solution to solve this problem? The details of my subscription: (Subscription Information - Received by e-mail after subscribing) Your Order ID is: hidden Service or Product: Runescape by Jagex Software Subscription: 2 Month Subscription Account Name: nrzonline The previous reply by Ed replyed the following: "4cents is not worth the trouble. It will not cause a delay in payment at all." There has been no delay or what so ever, my second month just did nog get credited deu to paying 4 cents to few. My first month was activated soon after the payment was made. So I only have one month instead of two. I hope that this e-mail clears out my problem. Once again, sorry for my bad English, whick probably coused this confusion. (Or am I confused? Which is possible too!) Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Nrzonline
Yea that is what my brother said to. But Jagex told me to contact PayByCash.. Two of the official Mods told me that! PayByCash only arranges the transfer, so I found it strange already.. But allright.. I'll keep trying at jagex now.. But only 400 characters.. :wall: View Blog Nrzonline (Level-114)
Google_Guru
It looks like he's trying to say that the 4 cents doesn't matter yet you haven't received your second month so apparently it does...but its only been a day apparently, why not give it a day or two? :ohnoes: Google Guru

DegenerateX
Tell Jagex that PayByCash will not let you send the remaining 4 cents, and if you could how you would only send that little bit of money to add to what you already sent. If the Jagex staff guy is an idiot and says "we are not responsible, or sort it out with paybycash" threaten to sue for them stealing your money and demand a refund. Then you will get at least some guy who gets more than minimum wage an hour to help you. Nrzonline
Hey,I've been contacting Jagex AND PayByCash for a while now. It's beginning to bother me. PayByCash is not willing to help me, and neither is the Jagex staff. I find this really offensive, by refusing to help me, or even really listening to me. Please, help me out by getting my second month membership activated where I payed only ÃÆââââ¬Ã¡Ãâì0,04 to few for. PayByCash won't help. Do not forward me to PBC..
