I just bought an obsidian cape. Should I keep it for the good bonuses, or should I sell it? Oh, and i bought it from my friend for technically 100k.( its a long story)

As for what you should do: to me, it's just a cape, and those extra bonuses won't really do much for you :P If 100k is a big deal to you, then sell it. Otherwise, keep it if you like :P It's really up to you in the end.
