is it with paint, photoshop....?

anything can work...i use paint..(see post i made a few hrs ago for example)

 

 

 

just don't post bad work on the forum...make sure u've done your best and then post it...lotsa people posting crap recently

for starters use paint then you can use photo shop to touch it up.
