i know its the general store in the wild but i dont know where to get blue dragon vambraces or the addy sq shield...can anyone help out?

I'd suggest buying the vambraces from other players.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for the addy square, I'm unsure of a monster that will drop one... so best bet is to ask people who have one equipped or check bank sales =k
