What is the fastest most efficient way to raise construction from lvl 52?

I would go with oak planks and larders, that seems the best method.

If cost is an issue, I would suggest making any type of castle wars stand or armor stand (if you have the appropriate smithing level). If cost isn't an issue, then use the oak larder w/ butler method.
