First i just wanted to say hi to my old friends, i got bored of runescape, but im now back in and want to be a member again,

 

 

 

i click on "Start a new subscription" put in my phone number, carry on, text Rs to 82023, then wait, i havn't got my pin and my credit only goes down by 5p, should this happen or should my credit be shorten by 5 pounds when i text them or when i get the pin?
