December 21, 200619 yr There is not a place like that. You just have to go in a large crowed area, if you are f2p than almost any world at karmaja docks are great. Even there you need around a hundred to garteen a random. And even then you might not get one. I have heard of a person who burried 27k bones and still did not get a random.
