vista colour theme help

Well, I was just looking around a few websites, and it seems that a lot of people have the ability to change the colour of their themes, whilst still keeping the vista look. and changing the transparency.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

now, I was one of the lucky ones that got vista free from microsoft. If its because of this, just tell me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Im wondering how I can change this. Im just stuck with the now boring black theme.

I don't have vista installed on any of my computers (I gave my key away since i had no use for it)..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Control panel ->Appearance and Personalization -> Personalization -> Window Color and Appearance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pick the one you want and ok.
