You can use .gif .jpg etc as well as long as they work on the server. You should just be uploading images from your computer and not like URL Links to Pictures.

Yep. Your account folder and file were never there, so I removed your login details from the Database.

2. An animated picture is the same as a normal picture. Save it to your computer and then just upload it the same as you upload all your other picture files.

You can just download it. Right click on the image and click Save Picture as (if you are using Internet Explorer) which will save it to your drive.
