OK, ive only been playin rs for about 2 weeks now, i assumed the aim of the game was to level up, so thats what i did, i got my combat level as high as i could. But ive just joined this forum and have noticed that a lot of people are talking about keeping your strength stat higher than your attack stat? why would you do that? and i also noticed a few people talking about keeping your range higher than one one of the combat stats? i just dont understand, so any advice would be a real help, ty.

People get strength up high than attak so that they can hit higher, so they always keep there strength say 10 levels, so it will be easier to raise attack quicker.

And to answer your second question i think its either so they have good range defence, or so thet there range re the highest skill they have, so when they level range they level combat.Atleast thats what i think it is :-k

He meant that when your strength is higher, It's easier to train your attack after because you hit much higher, which means more xp... If you attack is higher, You don't hit as high but you hit more often... So it all evens out, It's just your opinion... And you got combat lvl 54 after 2 weeks of playing?! You got your account from a friend or what?
