erm, thats quite an impossible question, you will get faster xp not picking up, but wont get as much xp on the whole, but if you do pick up you will get slower xp, but more xp as a whole.

You could calculate it yourself you know... Take time how many arrows you can shoot per 10 seconds * 6... which makes it into 1 minute. Now find out your average hit and * with the X amount of arrows you shoot per minute and then * with 4 exp. Now you know how much exp you get a minute... If you don't pickup, You've got your answer here... If you do pickup and you use bronze arrows, Let's say that 50% of them are re-useable so that's half of the xp that you got when not picking up the arrows.

An average of80% of arrows appear on the ground, which is a fact.
