Revamped Rants Forum and New Debate Club Subforum

Based on the ideas discussed by both staff and users we've revamped the Rants forum and added a new Debate Club subforum. Now you have a designated place to vent AND a subforum to carry on detailed debates about RuneScape-related issues. Here is a summary of the changes:

• The primary focus of this forum has been revamped to more of a "Rant and Run" concept. We want to provide a location for basic ranting without the pressure of trying to generate discussion or come up with a solution.

• The purpose of this forum is to stimulate discussion about RuneScape-related topics. We have many users who enjoy getting into detailed debates over RuneScape issues. If you are one of them, this is the forum for you. Posts on this thread must be constructive and well-crafted.
