I logged on and it says connecting to friendserver please wait, so i waited for half an hour, then tried logging out, then a diff world, but it wont seem to load, its been about an hour, any suggestions?

Refer to the front page of runescape.com, they have a problem with the servers. :)

As infam0us911 said, Jagex is having a problem with their servers. Some people are having trouble logging in and/or accessing their friends list.
