In the Cold War quest, do you need lvl 34 construction? Or just someone with a lvl 3 crafting table?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm asking because I'm soon gunna get lvl 34 construction, and I wanna know if my friend can just use my lvl 3 crafting table.

You need the level to make the penguin I think. Because I ade mine at someone elses house. So I think you just have to have the level to make the penguin.
