But if you look in the Off-Topic forum, there are many about the War or Terror, the genocide in Sudan, and soon enough we will be asking who eill win the Republican or Democratic primaries and why? ... while at the same time we have topics such as "Woohoo! Go Colts! Going to the Superbowl!" ... I dont know if anyone else sees it this way; but I'd say thoes are TOTALLY different types of threads.

Anyway, on the thread that Ragen linked you to, I think most of us agreed that for the most part, Off-Topic really is one big debate forum. Sure there are non debate threads, but a lot of the times, those even turn into debates as well.
