I'm a lvl 98 with full guthans using slayer dart,. Could I mage rex by myself without dying? (And I could only get 4 kills wearing fullrune w/5 sara brews(and mage praying whole time)).

Defence 75 and prayer 60 is not very good to go there i advice at least level 80 def and 70 prayer. But it is possible you kill 10 or 20 in a row using that metod.
