>> Finding a VIDEO file in my Temporary Internet Files <<

Heya Guys,

I've been watching Prison Break off Peekvid because the time its on over here in Australia isn't at a suitable time for me to watch it.

And my problem is that I want to be able to get Prison Break onto my ipod as well to watch it. The only problem is that its as a flash when you watch it. So what I was thinking I could do is to find that file in my temporary Internet files and then convert it into a more suitable file like an .avi and then convert that into a .mp4 to put onto my ipod.

The problem is also that I don't know where to look to find the file (which I assume would be saved into my temporary Internet Files after I watch it - right?) But I've found that folder in my System 32 folder and it doesn't have it saved there (looked but can't find). So if I'm using firefox (well I can use IE7 to watch it as well if its easier) how can I go about finding this file, which would be saved in my temporary internet files?

By the way peekvid doesn't offer a download option for the videos - thats why I've got to do it this way.

Thanks in advance,

I have a add-on to firefox that allows me to download videos off youtube, dailymotion and the sorts, called videodownloader. I don't know how to do it from temporary internet files though, I read somewhere about it, but didn't bother trying because of the add-on.

Yeah I've seen that before and was trying to think of something like that when I was typing the topic. Thanks heaps, that should help.
