While the room only ever spawns 1 dagrith guy at a time.

If you have already killed him and taken the diamond statuette you have the option to "touch plinth" doing so spawns another 1 of him with a flashing arrow above his head that only u can kill.

 

Meaning he is viable for training if u so desire
