The familiar is for refilling your inventory slot after you eat the stew and break the tab. You need all 28 slots. yep, you'll have to craft 28 p ess into 56 astrals simultaneously, that means a full p ess inv at 82 craft, but transcript80 gave me a brilliant idea, to get a familiar with ess, and a stew in inv, boost my level and then get the 1 p ess im missing from the familiar. I did it and it worked, so elite fremennik diary only required 80 rc for me.

If there are chances i'll try it, but if 82 is the only level when you can double astrals, then this won't help me, so i'm asking the forum if anyone knows about this aspect of rc.

to be more exact: I need this for the fremennik elite diary, where i need to craft 56 astral runes simultaneously, and i wondered if i have like 5% chances to do it at level 80 or not? at 82 your craft rate for double astrals is 100% at 80 it should be 70%?-something like that, like kimberly said this involves math that i'm not aware of. so if anyone knows the formula and can explain it, that's welocomed

Is it possible to double craft astral runes at 80? Or is that a capped by a system setting?
