    You have to create a blog before you'll see it. Go to your User Controls, click the Blog tab. Agree to the terms in the check box, on the next page give it a name and description, then click Finish. On the next page you can further refine the options. I just created a blog twice to test this, and it DOES work fine. Thank you. IPS Tech Support
