Well... I'm bordering on giving up. For some reason, hotmail is incredibly unreasonable. I've given them as much information as possible, including my first password, as many contacts as I can physically remember, even subjects of my email. I'd like to think that the terrible customer service provider goes like "Oh, 1 mismatch. IGNORE ALL OTHER INFORMATION AND SEND AUTOMATED MESSAGE." Seriously now. They can't even take a hint; I've sent them 4 (including my last one) damn forms, all rejected, as if they couldn't be bothered. Surely they would think that I'm not a hacker? Why would I hack an email account with only a few isolated contacts and with email containing spam spam and more spam?

If Hotmail's intention is to kick my [wagon] over to its competitors like Gmail and Yahoo! Mail (which I am using to email them in vain), they've certainly done a really good job.
