i'm lvl 53 and havn't done much questing.....i'm going to start now tho...and will probably kill dragon at lvl 56 -

yeah i know it's a nub question but i've heard from some people that the amulet of Glory (dragonstone ammy?) has the ability to teleport you anywhere in runescape....is this true?...if so how do you use it....and how much is the street value of one. thanks.
