this is true... in ratcatcher's quest (arguably the most useless), the part with smokin' joe (lol sounds like a chain smoker) in Keldagrim has been referred to as a joke by Jagex. :XD: I love that quest lmao -

but can i get the higher level pouches as drops from abyssal monsters even if i cant use them?

I know how you have to kill monsters in the abyss, but can you get pouches before you can use them in runecrafting? for example, can you get a large pouch if you're only lv 25 runecrafting and can't use it? just wondering...

dur... for graphics, looks or appeal? it doesnt have any use now but i guess it adds to the theme? idk lol
