good news all. With a bit of time and effort, jagex unlocked my account and removed a credit card ban. so now if i wanted the membership i could have a membership on it. btw Thanks for the advice for the future. Happy scaping peeps!

I was hacked by someone about 7 months ago so i stoped playing. I started playing agian just 4 days ago and when i tried to log in on 1 of my accounts it was locked for negative credit. I've never had a membership nor have i ever wanted one. So I'm assuming the hacker put a membership on it, used it, refused to pay for it and changed the password back. Now that I'm Playing agian I have no way to contact jagex without geting automated messages regarding password suport. I have no clue were to contact A PERSON! I've tried sending messages 6 times now and got the same response back EVERY TIME!!!!!!!!! I have no clue what to do now,who to contact! any sugestions would be appreciated!
