what do u guys think about me getting my mining to 85?

there are my stats. I was going to get 91 rc but then the prices on pure ess rocketed. I got my mining a while ago, was thinking about raising... I just wana make money fast so i can get a party hat. any color. I have a half wine and 17 mill right now. Yea but i need to make money fast in order to catch up with the party hats... idn what to do
