some1 plz help me i really need help

ok i have a pure i have been on for a long time. and this recent tuesday after i left my house, when i tried to log back in my pass was changed, so i went to recover a password and got a new pass. then on wensday i went to log on to find that my acct's pass had been changed again so i repeated what i did before. and yesterday when i was on my "friend" started asking me asking a lot of questions knowing that i was muted.(she is the person that knows my recoverys) and no i didnt tell her, i guess she just figured them out. so last night we played cat and mouse and kept switching my pass and she got on and lvled my def some. now i came on today and tried to get on and it was changed.... so i tried to recover my pass and it says im not providing enough information. so how can i prove to jagex that this is my acct? some1 plz help me.
