    Hmm. I like the idea a lot. You'd be able to show off your skills and get a reward as well. However, I think many of your ideas are way overpowered. They should maybe be toned down a bit. The runecrafting one, (for example) with 99 Runecrafting you make 2 nats per ess and will make 4 nats per ess one out of every five runs. To me, I would make pouches never breaking or something. Just my thoughts.
