  1. How does looting work?

    I was pking around edge and i killed some guy, but i didn't get the kill message and the pile didn't show up. So i waited around and i noticed that there was a level 3 standing on top of where my pile would later appear. He got most of hte good stuff etc.. how does looting work? how come the pile doesn't appear when i kill the person?
