I think I may have forgot to go talk to the commander before going to work for the company. I went to talk to him after I saw that I was suppose to. But he never said anything about joining the consitorium. Is there a way to correct this?

I've done 2 dozen tasks now and haven't been asked to join the copmany. The quest guide says it only takes 2 - 5. Am I missing something?

I am doing the giant dwarf quest and have done about a dozen tasks for the director, but still haven't been asked to join the company. What do I need to do?
