I have been off runescape for around 8 months and was wondering how dragon armour is so cheap now.

Thanks for the help I have the picture saved on my computer, not sure how to post it on forum though.

I am doing a medium clue and the anagram is BOAST B, just wondering if anyone has had this before and who the NPC is. I havent long been back on RS so NPC names and their locations are all new again for me any help?
