what is the best training for a lvl 88 on members

what's worth more, raw or cooked lobs, if u could post the prices that'd be great too

f2p should have a new monster, somewhere in the high 100's or mid 200's. Not a monster that will drop new items, just something that will drop better items, such as rune plate or legs, and could also drop two items at a time because it kind of stinks having a rune large as the best f2p drop. what do you guys think?
