hmm, but I have defended before and can't touch my team's flag. It says can't take your own standard. I don't want to hold but I don't understand how anyone can hold their own flag? Thanks

I've been playing CW lately and have seen a lot of flagholding from high levels with their own flag, and I'm curious how?

37-->45 Herblore What potions would grant the fastest experience? I don't care about making money and will be collecting all of the ingredients myself. Suggestions here would also be helpful. 43-->56 Agility Where should I train? What is the quickest experience, or do you think I should stick with the Barbarian Agility Course? 50-->60 Ranged What's a fast and easy way to reach level 60? I am currently using steel arrows on Experiments, and am open to suggestions. 58-->65 Magic I would like to save money and find a faster way than training on the Undead Ones outside of Shilo Village with Slayer Staff.
