  1. Yes, If you're going for a clue, I'd suggest the small building just above Edgeville bank. The place has about 6 men in it, and they spawn quickly. They would be your best bet to get a clue. Good Luck!
  2. Hope this will help :) Dharok Helm - 70 Defence Plate - 70 Defence Legs - 70 Defence Great Axe - 70 Attack 70 Strength Guthan Helm - 70 Defence Plate - 70 Defence Legs - 70 Defence War Spear - 70 Attack Torag Helm - 70 Defence Plate - 70 Defence Legs - 70 Defence Hammers - 70 Attack 70 Strength Verac Helm - 70 Defence Brassard - 70 Defence Skirt - 70 Defence Flail - 70 Attack Karil Coif - 70 Defence 70 Ranged Top - 70 Defence 70 Ranged Skirt - 70 Defence 70 Ranged Cross Bow - 70 Ranged Ahrim Hood - 70 Defence 70 Magic Top - 70 Defence 70 Magic Bottom - 70 Defence 70 Magic Staff - 70 Attack 70 Magic
  3. Probably your best bet would be to stock up on some feathers and fly fish your tail off on the eastern side of Barbarian Village. This way you get fast exp and are somewhat near a bank (Edgeville).
  4. Alright then, can't blame you for trying to go get some armor or a weapon from barrows! :D If you've never been before there are 6 mounds in an enclosed area, you need to use a SPADE ( don't forget this! ) to break into 1 of the 6 catacombs. Then, you need to search the coffin which is placed in the room, and put on the appropriate protection prayer ( I will explain the brothers later). You kill all the brothers until you find the coffin which asks if you want to go down into the tunnels, Kill ALL the brothers besides the one in this mound before you go down. You should see the brother you haven't fought yet in the tunnels, but, if you don't, he will attack you when you attempt to search the chest and try and get that envied Guthan Warspear  Inventories Okay, the bulk of my mini-guide. First of all lets go with your pack: -You're going to need some form of teleportation out after you search the chest, I strongly recommend the Ectophial if you've completed the Ghosts Ahoy quest, because it only requires 1 spot and it teleports you near Canafis at the Ectofunctus. -Second, your runes. If you have 55 Slayer, THAT'S GREAT! If you don't, I REALLY suggest you get that level. Slayer Dart is very effective at barrows, and the gear you wear doesn't affect your hit, so you can wear a defence boosting armor, and still have the same hits! Also, this spell take 1 Death rune and $ mind runes per cast, and you're likely to gain the runes you used back when you serach the chest in the end. -Okay, now you need the main stuff. PRAYER POTIONS. I recommend (4)dosers and about 2-4 of them a run just to be safe. Sharks, swordfish, bass, lobsters or monkfish are needed too. Porbably around 5-6 of anything besides sharks, and about 3-4 sharks so you don't get hammered by Verac. - SPADE! You can never forget this. The Brothers North-east mound - Dharok Not a threat if you have protect from MELEE on, he is a meleer. VERY IMPORTANT::: Make sure your prayer doesn't run out, because the lower his hp, the higher he hits, and he has been known to shell out a few hits in the 80s so be careful! South-east mound - Guthan Guthan never really hits that hard, but it's still advised to use protect from melee, he's a breeze though, no worries. Although he can heal himself rather rapidly, so you should wear something other than mage robes if you can magic dart. South mound - Karil Karil is a ranger, so protect from range is a must! Altough rangers are known to have high magic defense, Karil doesn't so mage him as well. Middle mound - Ahrim Ahrim is a mager. It's time to pull out your Magic Short bow and rune\addy arrows on this brother. Use protect from mage and he's a walkover. South-west mound - Torag Torag has high defense, but not too good against magers, Mage him as well. Protect from melee. North-east mound - Verac Ahh the last brother, yet the most powerful #-o Verac hits through your prayer often, and can sometimes smack a 16 on you! Mage is advised, you're probably going to have to eat a few sharks on this one.Use protect from melee anyway. I hope you enjoyed the helpful tips & hints i informed you of, and GOOD LUCK BARROWING :) :)

  7. Yeah, that's two people referring to them as a break from training, which i do agree completely with! :D Thanks! Nice guide as well
  8. Heh, i guess it would be helpful to take breaks for combat :D thanks for the suggestion! And it stinks you only got a white beret :( you're bound to get something eventually, keep trying
  9. This thread has to do with only level 3 clues! Personally, I can't remember the countless amount of level 3's i have completed. From those pesky Tiranwnn coordinates, to the Khazari Jungle, to fighting a Zamorak Wizard in 50+ wilderness, to the Mort Myre Swamp Saradomin Wizards, I've been to them all. I've almost memorized the Treasure Trail guides on three sites! Yet, My rewards don't pay off. The times I've made it out with 2hp from the darned Saradomin Wizard's DD(s) Poison, the times I've almost been PKed in the depths of the deep wilderness, the times I've had to trek a round trip journey around RuneScape for one clue, you think it would have paid off? To haul down in the farthest part of taverly dungeon to get a clue from Hellhounds that rewards me nothing equivelent to my time, to loot and unexpected clue from Iron Dragons (while i should be getting D Legs, D legs were gotten on my 40th kill, but nothing in the past 120+) and to find out it gives me squat after completed those darned puzzles.. I've successfully finished around 20 clues, but, of course, not to see my beloved Saradomin, Zamorak, Guthix, or Robin Hood hat present. There are 55 possible rewards that i would be more than grateful to retrieve. From Saradomin, to Enchanted, to Guilded, to Cavaliers, can't i get something? Out of all my completed clues, The ONLY thing i have gotten that was worthwhile was a Rune (g) helm... Of course it can't be God armor, but the low-valued Rune Gold...and on top of that, the Helm! C'mon now, I think clues were meant to come out with better than that... DON'T YOU? Posts are grately appreciated and always read! Have you experienced this type of luck, or worse even? I'd like some feedback! :D :D EDIT : : 2 Clues in a row 1rst - Rune (G) Skirt 2nd - Rune (T) Helm. Not too great but i'ts a start :)
