This is probably a question asked all the time. But what's an easy, quick, low danger way of making some gp? I've been mining pure ess and selling it on the Grand Exchange, which is pretty instant, but it takes a while to get enough pure ess to get any significant amount of money. And I've been spending quite a lot lately... Any advice?

Apart from making them, is there any other way to get a pair of snakeskin chaps?

Just wondering.. anyone out there who has done this quest? What's the best way to defeat this thing, or at least slap on a recommended level I could get to. Any ideas?

I really want to do this quest, but in the guide it warns at some point I'll need to fight a level 97 skeleton dog.. and win. For a level 61, would I be able to do this, and how? Or... like.. recommend what I should try levelling up to beforehand. I'm mainly melee based, with very low range and mage. Here are my stats: Attack - 50 Strength - 50 Defence - 49 Hitpoints - 50 Magic - 32 Range - 30 Prayer - 34

Well, the co-ordinates on my clue turn out to be close to the ship yard.. so.. how do I get there? I've tried talkign to numerous charterers and nada. Any ideas?

Does anyone want to sell me some snakeskin boots? .. I don't know if I'll be able to get the snakeskins from the minigame. I'm not really a high level and I don't have the armour or access to anti-poison potions etc. I don't know how much they sell for, but I have a fair bit of gp tucked away. Or if there's an alternative source for these? Any ideas?

Well.. I have all the required location tools, and this is my second time finding a location :D I used tip.its locator tool and well... my co-ordinates were 01 degrees, 26 minutes north and 08 degrees, 01 minutes east. It came up with that little island west of Brimhaven, just off the coast of Karamja. Anyone got any idea how I get here?

In my personal opinion, I think achieving any sort of skillcape is worth respect. I respect the high-and-mighty achievers anyway. Well if it takes you to work it to 99 I would clap and smile.. then walk away of course, but no, not everyone thinks so. So.. in other words.. this was a long and pointlessly boring way to say; don't ask me.

You have a wonderful point there... Buuuuut. If the rares were removed it would make an impact on the RS economy. Doubtless a small impact, and certainly wouldn't last long, because as you said, skillers would refuse to buy. You can't change the fact that the people who want the rares that are now gone are going to wage war on the economy with their many millions to be feared and make merry rich men of anyone who possesses such items and is willing to sell. But I totally agree. Basic material costs haven't and won't change. Ever. Unless you remove shops and all sources of them. :twisted: But why would that happen? :lol:

I was thinking of training my range up, since it's very, very low. And a question popped into my head, as I was planning to fletch or smith my own arrows/bolts. What's the difference between a crossbow and a shortbow? Why do some people prefer one over the other?
