I have been looking for the exact same thing and made a post basically saying the exact same thing... So have you figured out for sure you can't get another after completeing that part of the quest? Cause I also did that part of it...

I've seen people in PC with Dharoks who eat something and a bunch of 1s appear.. I was told it was a rock cake, so I went to Orgre place and stole one, and it wouldn't let me steal another... Also I was told you only have to eat one, yet when I eat one, it damages me 4... What am I doing wrong? And yea, I have Dharoks and want to bring my health to 15 or less without explosive potions cause 100 are gone in like 20 minutes...
