Well i just read the nashville news article about him fighting for the state fair and LOL'ed... I live in nashville and have no idea why anybody thinks that dump should still be around lol... The statefair grounds is in not in the safest part of town either...

gratz jdela on 200m smithing, seems like he started slay and use the effigies on rc (or just get some nice rc gains from the effigies he get from cave crawlers and put the dragonkin lamp on slay)
edit: suomi is still collecting effigies, we will be surprised from nice exp gains :P
@suomi, are you slay till 200m xp and then use the effigies on rc with the refer a friend bonus?
I will use effigies on Slayer once I have enough for 200M Slayer.

Over the last 30 days .. SUOMI has managed to save 550m gp by not buying frost bones for prayer lol.. (bones have dropped 2k... (2k*274,951=550m)

I thought everyone already knew this, but yeah this is a big part of the reason I barely play rs anymore, its controlled by money hungry investors now
Which there is nothing wrong with in itself.. However these are not "good" money hungry investors... If they were good investors they would know that meeting the customer needs and wants will increase their profits in the long run... ... These are short-term investors..

They don't benefit at all, that's a silly argument.
Gold farmers do not care about exp. And if people are botting for exp then why would they pay more than they have to? We're assuming they're already getting away with botting, and 10% is not a significant boost.
False. They also make accounts with high stats that they can sell... Also it will allow them to get higher stats quicker in order to bot frosts and other high level activities.. Third: someone people dont bot for just the gold... as evidenced by that one guy who had like 4 200m stats and get reset..
Lastly.. this will also make it slightly harder to spot botters b/c they can take advantage of the 2x xp to level up some combat levels

As the title states.. i was wondering if there was a barrel in f2p rs that will allow me to get beer out... I have a bet with a friend but all the barrels i find i get "Nothing interesting happens" .. i remembmer back in the day you could.. did they change it since then?
The docking pier of Musa point is the only place with a beer barrel in f2p I think. The Draynor one was removed with the visual update. The barrel has to have a "It's got ale in it", "The barrel is full of ale" or "Mmm...beer!" examine. Barbarians will attack you and you won't get beer, Sy.

Yeah I think it pretty obvious jagex is using instances to bring people across worlds TOGETHER for activities that need people opposed to letting people be SPLIT UP to have free run at resources.
Imagine how runite prices would bottom out if suddenly every single rune miner could have their own instance of the rocks.
Prices are almost as low as they can go already (rune armour that is... in accordance with their high alch value)... the high alch value provdes a false floor in prices

Sounds like it's relegated to Tzhaar fight pits, the player vs player arena, not the city as a whole.
Sorry, you're still going to have to fight off bots.
I wasn't saying that this update was instanced areas... I was basically saying this idea could expand to other areas... sorta like guild wars
