i love this idea, my pure mage was hacked in the same way, i got home from school, tried to log on to go pking, but it said i was logged on, i thought "no big deal", but i was wrong... i logged back on in about 20 minutes, and they had taken my full (g) and (t) wizard robes, and over 3000 death runes... i wish they had this before i was hacked...

How do you figure 99% of ALL people tele in the wild...? did you ask 100 people and only one said that didnt tele..? is that what you did...? if you dont want people to tele than dont pk and stop complaining......

if people aren't smart enough to check the second screen everytime they trade they shouldn't play runescape, because they would just be in the bank begging for money because they just got scammed out of like 9k worth of items, i think that people should just take the time to look at the second screen, i would rather take the time to check than be sorry later...

well if a pure raises 3 defence levels, oh no, i raised 1 combat level, woops, looks like im gonna have to make a new account, this account that i have been working on for 4 months is ruined due to 3 defence levels... i hate pures... but yeah, i like this idea, i support

my friend used to take a rubber chicken, wear full white robes (members wizard robes) and say "(macroers name here) you are in need for a smacking!!" and 7 out of 10 macroers would log out, or run away, i found this very interesting, and i was wondering, why dont you pay somebody with a rubber chicken to do that? the macroers anti-random device will either make them run away, or log out, good luck with your problems...
and toxic, thats a shame, i dont even see the point in skillers, exept to waste time, you know you have a problem with runescape when you make an account that you use for nothing but raising 1 skill...

I don't think you need maples. I've made it to 51 without maples, all willows. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Tutorial on how to do this awsome bug, thats not really to awsome...
step 1 : get a book
step 2 : click *read* on the book
step 3 : click *read* repeatedly (about 25 times) as fast as you can
step 4 : while the book is still open, click drop on the book
step 5 : wait untill the book disapears from the ground (just move the camera so you wont get timed out )
step 6 : take a picture of you doing this bug
step 7 : make a new thread on forum.tip.it
step 8 : host the picture that you just took of you reading a book with no book in your inventory on imageshack.us
step 9 : submit the post and act like you found it out before everybody else
step 10 : sit back, and wait to be flamed....

actually, i really like this idea, i've always wanted to fight with my friends 2 on 2, and i think this could be the place to do it, most threads in this topic, i flame, but this is one of the few i really like. I SUPPORT

no, just no, why, what is the point, so many people would ruin their childhood (but in some cases their adulthood =; ) people would be trying to get to what ever the max is, and they would get sick of runescape... the only skills that would be even worth getting past 99 would be :
Attack : So you would almost always hit high
Strength : To hit super high with melee
Defence : To block from attacks
Range : To hit high with range
Hit Points : To last longer in battles
Agility : Your run energy would revive super fast
Cooking : Only really need it to be 99 with a skill cape to not burn things
Rune crafting : to make like 10 mind runes per ess
And thats all i can think of right now, but i dont really like this idea, people would be way to powerful...

this would make the prices of all items that you can fish, mine, woodcut, and pickup (from killing) so much cheaper, i mean think about it... people would buy like 1 million of these noting runes, and just fish for hours on end, lobsters will be no more than 20 gp a piece, and nobody would be able to make money, the runescape economy would crash, everybody would be nearly bankrupt, no money the shops would be over flowing with hundreds, of thousands of fish, wood, and other items, all other items prices would drop, and nobody would have more than a couple hundred thousand gp to their name, and the worst part, the people who worked so hard to get to 76 fishing for sharks, running back and forth to banks, and people who worked for months to get 75 wood cutting for magic logs, all of that time would be wasted, their would be level 40's with 99 fishing who have never macroed a day in their life, with a couple million lobsters, and like 500,000 shrimp in their bank because they have no life due to these new 'noting runes' people would get 99 runecrafting, and mining from noting the runes while mining ess, and than un-noting when they get to the altar, runes prices would be 1/4 of what they are today, people would be teleporting everywhere they go, people would be alching 24/7, people would be casting curse on random npc's with their mud staff and those 2.147b body runes, to get to 99 mage, jagex would have to change the max level for skills, because their would be thousands of people getting 99 in mage, mining, fishing, firemaking, woodcutting, prayer (killing dragons), cooking, herblore, farming, and many other skills, thieving, by noting the gems they steal, just think about it, it would be terrible, i dont like this idea at all, and i know what your thinking, 'why are you being so mean, hes just posting an idea???' because i do this to all threads i read, and i critisize every little detail... nobody would be able to make any money on runescape, that is not a runescape i would like to play in...

can you type in english please? other than the grammer problems in this post, i think this would be a very good idea, it could help jagex moderators ban scammers, and hackers and such. but what if a friend has their private chat off?

this sounds like a pretty good idea, but pking in high levels of the wild would be to stressful seeing people with capes that look like the 'champions cape' and than the person who sees it would freak out and log out or whatever people do when they freak out in the wild... but yeah, agreeing with everybody, i would have to say this cape is WAY TO OVER POWERED, level 126's staking livel 120's saying they dont have the cape, putting it on, and 1 hitting people who are in the triple digitted combat levels with a great axe, its a nice idea, but just would never happen due to, well 1 hitting people of any combat level pretty much...

Meh, i dont really see the point in the besides more noobs begging to be tele othered to castle wars, burthope etc. i dont support to many people already are begging to be tele othered as it is, we dont need this making any more trouble...
