best outfit = mine goto varrock clothes store and change your outfit to be a black tuxedo looking thing, open bottom pants and a suit top with short sleeves. i changed my hair to white dreadlocks with a small chin beard. on top of that use legend cape, cooking guants, desert boots, glory, and a blk cavalier :D best outfit in rs

how does it give +3 cons? do u just drink the tea with it and it gives+6 instead? i dont get +3 by having it...
