sorry to ask the obvious, but rapid is the best cbow setting to do the entire acves with?

I'd really appreciate some help here I could either use a crystal bow and a rune cbow to finish jad using addy bolts and an obby cape (I will not have a zammy book if I use this) OR Use a rune cbow all the way, using non-tipped and non-enchanted addy bolts with a zammy book and ava's accumulator *dosn't know what to do* My important stats are 77 range, 81 def, 64 prayer.
