okay i really want to start and finish this quest... and in the tip.it guide it states that i need lvl 40 range, now to start this quest i dont need any range lvl, however upon reading the guide i need ice arrows, so heres my question. 1) is it possible to finish this quest without lvl 40 range 2)if no, is it lvl 40 that i really need. countless ppl havce told me yes i need lvl 40 but then again countless ppl have told me no i dont.. so id like to settle this
