how long would you say it would take to fix ?

hi, everyone im having a problem in-game in need to find out how to send a message to jagex so thay can fix a fault wit my rs name in game when ever somone says gek*20 or geki in game the i is always stared like this gek*20 or gek* anyone give me a hand of how to send a message to jagex about this fault ? also i have reported it twices on the bugs micelanios section and i have been putting up with is for 5 month plus now what should i do ?
