    Buying mind runes, as many as possible ( they sell for like 6-12 gp in shop) and get an air staff. After you have all the stuff, just go to a really strong enemy (prefferably the lesser that is caged in the wizards tower (near draynor) and start casting wind strike. To kill time, i just go on the forums in runescape, or use these. It's slow, but not that expensive =) Best of luck.
