  1. Eastern digsite winch (solved)

    I have a clue scroll which says (Beckon in the digsite, near the eastern winch. Bow before you talk to me. Equip a green Gnome hat, Snakeskin boots and an Iron pickaxe.) I have the hat, the boots and the pick, I have bowed and spoken to everyone in the vicinity of the Eastern Winch and got no proper response, can anyone out there help me, Is there someone in particular I need to speak to, any idea what I'm doing wrong?     I have a clue scroll that says (In a town where the guards carry maces, look upstairs in the public house), Only town I can remember where the guards carry maces is Ardougne and I can't find a Public house there. What is a Public House anyway? William Kain
