well... it really depends on what you want. fletching lvls vs. money

Waterfall, waterfall... my favorite place to range.
It usually ranged from 3- 5 people at the center room, maybe 6 - 8 when really crowded, and it usually ranged from 2 - 4 people at the west room, which is where you should begin(move on to center when you're more experienced with Fires). To be honest, I think you should range Lessers or Moss/Ice giants until 60 ranged.
is there any safe spots in the ice caves for the ice giants?

I am under the impression that WOW has no skills like mining, thieving, and WOOD CUTTING. Do they?
And I guess I am just weird but, because I hate combat. I dont ever pk, I hardly play PvP mini games, and I only train combat so I dont get called a noob.
