sry my fault but can i buy it from other players, and if so how much does it cost and what stats do i need to wear it?

I know i can get one by doing "Waterbirth Island Dungeons"... but can i buy it from other players and can i wear if i havnt completet the quest?

i did it with 42 agility... its was a pain in the [wagon]... and took alot of time and food.. this was in RSC but still counts.. right? and the fight are not hard.. i when through the agility part 11-12 times without dieing because i though i should go much longer to meet Iban than i really should.. but you should could do it with ur stats:) Good Luck:)

what is the best mage set you can get? i know about AhrimÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôs... but is there a better staff than AhrimÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôs staff, and is there a better set, and what about the stuff you can have in your other hand? just asking THANKS:)
