I usually keep them on, put some bah nah nah nah nah nah neo bah nah nah nah nah nah nah sporin on the raw inside skin, stick the flaps down on the raw skin and neosporin, and tape 'em up. EDIT: Righty actually, I had to take the pic upside down with my phone, then I just flipped it vertically in Paint. Came out like that. I'm not some mutant lefty abomination. \/: Exactly.
