Need help finding a good training spot for F2P melee pure!

I have no idea where those are and are they all free play? -
Well im a lvl 31 i have 37 attack, 31 strength, 5 def, 13 mage, and 31 hp. I need a place that won't use much food and I can get fast xp. I'm a pure meleer if you haven't noticed and I'm free only.

Im 85 WC and i have a dragon axe and yews cut soo fast for money. But powercutting willows sounds good too.. :-k
