I just did the Watchtower quest along with Hazeel cult, Fight Arena and I am currently doing Monk's Friend. 155/175 QP now :

No offence but I am always dissapointed when I see people with your "battle armour", I don't know why. Sell everything you have and buy rune plate, rune legs, get rune defender, berserker helmet, and lastly a dragon scimmitar from Monkey Madness quest :
