I hit 19 with only 69 range.
I was using emerald-tipped mith bolts (e) and a rune c-bow, not pots or anything!
I know its not that good but it is my highest range hit with out a tooby cannon <_<

Anyhoo, Enough of that.
1) Get a money making skill up! So [sarcasm]firemaking[/sarcasm. Get something like Fishing or woodcutting.
(Decreasing prices are a problem though)
2) Add me in-game ;)
3) 70 range IS A MUST!
